Description
On entering this house, one immediately notices that it is very bright. At the back of the living space there are two large sliding windows, one in the lounge and one in the dining area. These open onto a terrace that stretches the length of the house. They also offer lovely views over the rolling and wooded valley.
At the front is a fitted and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, with a utility room next to it, which has a separate exit to the outside. Very convenient after shopping.
Next to the living area is a small office.
In the sleeping area, a separate toilet room. The toilet is quite spacious, as this house is fully adapted for wheelchair users. Furthermore, a bathroom with walk-in shower and three good-sized bedrooms. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom have built-in cupboards. A built-in cupboard was also made next to the entrance door.
The wooden joinery is equipped with double glazing. Both the windows and the shutters were recently painted. In the living area, the windows are fitted with electric shutters. The sliding windows are in PVC. There is an electric awning on the terrace. The septic tank is compliant.
The landscaped garden, a small part of which is wooded, is quite flat and offers plenty of space to install a swimming pool, if desired. The view to the rear is marvellous. At the front of the garden, a new 7m by 5m garage with automatic gate was installed last year.
