Long ago, le Pays Bourian conquered the heart of Kurt. With its rolling landscapes and unspoilt nature. Its friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Also Tinneke quickly became attached to the purity and charm of this region.
In 2017 we bought our own place in a small hamlet on top of a hill between Salviac and Cazals. An estate with a forest to get lost in, wonderful silence and all around breathtaking views over the valley.
After each holiday we returned to Belgium with increasing reluctance. The intention to leave for good came up. In the spring of 2021 we finally took the plunge and moved to Salviac with our kids. We could no longer resist the temptation of La Bouriane.
