Rates and legal terms

fees, commissions and costs

Our fees are included in the advertised prices of the properties.

Our fees are charged to the purchaser, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the advertisement.

Our rates are understood to include VAT at the rate of 20%.

The fees for our search service are as following:

  • When buying a property that we searched for you, which was not on the market at that time or was offered by the owner himself, we apply the same fee scale as for a sales mandate.
  • If the property is offered by another estate agent, the agent will be contacted and we will endeavour to come to an agreement whereby the estate agent’s fee due will be shared between the two offices.

If you only partially make use of our search service, e.g. to go and view a property in your place, our working hours and travel costs will be invoiced. For price negotiations, 12.5% + VAT of the difference between the demonstrated asking price and the final purchase price is due.

100.000€ to 200.000€ 7,00%
200.000€ to 400.000€ 6,00%
400.000€ to 550.000€ 5,00%
550.000€ to 700.000€ 4,50%
more than 700.000€ 4,00%

* with a minimum of 3500 €

Home staging

In the case of an exclusive mandate, our home staging service is included in our rates.

Decorative items supplied, will remain on loan for the duration of the exclusive mandate.

In case of a non- or semi-exclusive mandate, a quotation will be made starting from 1.500 EUR.
