The main house of the domain impresses the moment you arrive. This stately building has no less than 7 bedrooms, of which 3 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 with both bathroom and private living space. Ideal for chambres d'hôtes.
On the left side of the spacious bright hall with built-in cupboards and individual toilet, a staircase leads to the basement floor (Storage room / technical room / laundry room), with separate wine cellar and exit to the outside.
Further in the hallway the 1st bedroom (12 m2) with ensuite bathroom (shower/wc) and private lounge (9m2), which can be converted into an 8th bedroom if wanted. Further on, the 2nd bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom (shower/WC).
From the hallway you reach the kitchen (20m2).
The showpiece of this building is the large living area with lounge and dining room (84m2) with authentic terracotta floor and impressive old stone fireplace with wood burner It is accessible from both the hallway and the kitchen. This gigantic double-height living space under the original beam construction was a former reception room.
The french glass doors, offering lots of light, give access to the terrace.
A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine (32m2), which currently houses a library / office.

Gite 1, 6 persons
In the right part of the second building in the central courtyard, which dates from 1787, there is a gîte suitable for 6 (up to max. 7) persons. 3 bedrooms (9m2 – 11m2 – 14m2) and a newly renovated bathroom (11 m2, shower / WC) on the ground floor and a cozy living room (63m2) with new open kitchen (electric oven/hob/dishwasher) on the first floor. This gîte has a private terrace at the rear of the building, which guarantees the privacy of you and your guests.
Games room
In the left part of the second building there is currently a play room (46 m2) with a billiard table and a ping pong table. Above is another dormitory to renovate (72 m2) with shower and toilet facilities. Conversion into an extra gîte is possible.
Next to the 18C barn there is one more outbuilding which was formerly used as a gîte for 2 persons. Currently no longer in use, but ready to rent again with a limited investment.
Old tobacco barn
The third building in the central courtyard used to be a tobacco barn. This building still needs to be refurbished. The large space on the groundlevel is currently used for organizing weddings and other parties. This building has enormous potential, with its beautiful large spaces (184m2 floor area on the first and second floor) and its high ceilings. At the garden level, this building houses a workshop and a garage for two cars. A renovation into beautiful lofts, creation of additional holiday accommodations or other commercial exploitation, everything is possible.
Gîte 2, 4 people
A second gite for 4 people has been accommodated in a beautiful wooden chalet next to the forest. A living room (40.2m2, open kitchen with dishwasher / dining room / lounge) and a bathroom (6.10m2 with large walk-in shower and toilet) on the ground floor. On the first floor 2 spacious bedrooms (both 16m2) with fitted wardrobes and lots of light. This gîte has a beautiful shady private terrace on wooden planks.
Gîte 3, 2/3 persons
A third gîte for 2 persons is located in an old stone building. This gîte consists of a living room with new open kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with wood stove and a renovated bathroom (2021) with a large walk-in shower. Thanks to 2 private covered terraces, your guests always have a nice place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the domain.
Recreation area: swimming pool with pool house and tennis court
A beautiful staircase, flanked by rose bushes, leads to the pool house, a formerly an old baker's oven, complete with authentic bread oven and shower. Behind this is the heated swimming pool, with its large tiled sun-drenched terrace and an outdoor shower.
Next to the pool house, 3 stables in ancient old stone.
A nice tennis court and petanque court complete the picture of this lovely domain.
