Description
The interior of this house can be described as authentic, soothing, luminous, timeless and classy. The house was finished with natural stone floors (Montagnac Auberoche and tomettes), natural oak, exposed stone walls and tight white plastering. The whole house enjoys plenty of light. Outside, we find the same authentic, high-quality materials, including all terraces in natural stone flooring.
On the ground floor is a very spacious kitchen, bathing in light. A corridor leads to a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, a storage room and the boiler room. The guest bedroom has access to the outside.
Upstairs, we find an office on the landing. Next to it is the master bedroom, with a beautiful built-in cupboard in natural oak. Furthermore, a nicely finished bathroom with a teak floor and a spacious and bright lounge with walls in anciennes pierres, a wood stove in the original cantou and a door window giving access to the garden at the back. At the front, the lounge is accessed by a very beautiful bolet quercynoise.
Under the roof, a spacious bedroom was created with a wooden floor and again lots of light.
The house is heated with gas ( inground tank), there is double glazing throughout with wooden joinery. The house is connected to the fibre network and is equipped with an alarm. Rainwater is collected in an underground reservoir.
Next to the house a restored barn with a floor area of about 110m2, with a recent attached carport for two cars in front.
In the garden, a simply stunning swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with a canopy at the back providing shade and also houses the summer kitchen and the technical room.
