The property is located at the end of a small road, in a hamlet with two other farms. The domain is completely oriented towards the valley. Here you can enjoy peace and privacy.

We enter the courtyard through a wrought-iron gate, with a large barn in front and on the right the orangery and a building in which the heat pump is installed. To the left is the main house. Behind it an old bread oven and a magnificent pigeonnier, both built on the rock.

The house has been completely restored with high-quality materials. An entrance hall leads to the living room. French windows at the back, open onto a south-facing and very spacious terrace in tropical hardwood with a wrought-iron balustrade. This wonderful terrace offers lovely views over the private valley. The first outbuilding is a restored building that houses the heat pump. It provides about 90% of the heat. Only at the highest electricity rate does an oil-fired boiler automatically take over.

The orangery, with its high glass doors, has also been restored and is currently used as a garage. At the back, there is a canopy where another car can be parked.

The large barn in the centre of the farmyard will soon have a completely new roof. This building still offers many possibilities. Its stable has been converted into a workshop.

Next to the house are the old bread oven and plum oven and behind them a magnificent pigeonnier and a barn for large garden equipment.
